Terms and Conditions

SECTION 1 — Introduction

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made by the Client (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Fire To Fly, hereinafter referred to as ”us ” or ”we”, at the H&M website or mobile website (jointly referred to as ”firetofly.com”).

By using firetofly.com and/or booking, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before Book a slot for counselling.

 

SECTION 2 — Pricing

The prices displayed at firetofly.com include Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other alternate indirect tax.

SECTION 3 – Booking

Once you have Booked your slot, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to provide the service in the slot booked, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for the booking, we will attempt to reschedule the booking. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you and ask you to contact hello@firetofly.com.

SECTION 4 – Refund

Fire To Fly has a No Refund Policy to any payments made on firefly.com or in person, but according to section 4, we will attempt to reschedule the slot to your convenience and our convenience. 

SECTION 5 – Rescheduling

Any rescheduling of slot should be done at least 3 hours prior to the slot and the rescheduled slot will be provided at our convenience.
