Sometimes you just need some support when things get tough. Work with your counsellor and therapist in a confidential space and share your innermost thoughts and feelings on a one-on-one basis in individual counselling. We specialize in combining psychotherapy with deep wellness practices like mindfulness and meditation and creating a customized mental health plan for individuals and organizations.

Initial Consultation 

This one hour therapy session covers a lot of ground. Your first session is a time for establishing our connection and for you to share your personal story. In your first session, Your therapist will ask questions about what brought you to therapy, or your thoughts and feelings. Therapy is a safe space for you to talk about what's on your mind. A therapist is a qualified mental health professional who offers support and helps you find the strength to cope with difficult emotions and experiences.

The overall length of therapy is subjective and depends on your goals and concerns. Therapy sessions are not quick fixes. They require commitment and time. You might not feel relief immediately. But you can be assured, that over time, you will start seeing progress. You’ve made the effort to get help and now it’s time to trust the process.

Know You Well

It always takes a bit of time to move through the initial resistance to therapy. We make an analysis of the root cause of the issue. For this reason, we offer a three-session “Know you well” package If you are dedicated to furthering your self-development beyond this. We will help you with a customised therapy plan that addresses your concerns and achieves results.

Dive Deeper Sessions

We arrive at a stage where we take the counsel-lee deep into the issues and treat the causes with different therapies and approaches well suited to them. For this reason we suggest 'Dive Deeper' package where we work together to identify the root cause and heal. Therapy is your time to grow, explore, connect and heal.

Reclaim Therapy Sessions

At this stage, we work with you to form goals and find the best-suited ways for you to achieve them. For the need to create a positive change in your life, these sessions are entirely focused on you. These therapy sessions cover a ground on goal setting, planning and how to move forward.
