MENTORING

A thriving, impactful mentoring program is within your reach. Our signature program is designed to help you fulfil their potential and create the change you wish to see.

As a participant in the program, the student will be paired with a mentor who is an experienced change maker and who will assess and customise a structure that guides you through our carefully designed mentorship journey. With the support of the mentor, they will be equipped with tools, skills, techniques and understanding to be the change you look forward to bring . Through the program they will learn about their unique strengths, values and story and how this connects to your purpose and the change they want to create. You will develop abilities such as leadership, planning, communications, goal setting and decisions making and action oriented. You will also have the opportunity to express and seize ideas and create opportunities for self and other like-minded change makers. 

Here’s a list of ways mentoring can strengthen a child’s or teen’s learning:

 

Enhanced and authentic connections to important domains of competence, and to others within the “real world”
(This includes exposure to fields of interest — leading to greater career path awareness, preparation for taking on roles, and appreciation of

accomplishment in the chosen area)
